WHEN AND HOW CAN I USE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. The link is active when the carrier has picked up and scanned your shipment, which is why the link may not work the minute you receive it in the shipping confirmation. Please use the tracking number provided to track your order and see the scheduled day of delivery. The courier won’t be able to contact you via phone and will attempt to deliver your parcel three times. If unsuccessful, you will need to contact UPS and pick up the parcel yourself.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
- Standard shipping (EU, UK): 5-9 business days
- Express shipping (EU, UK, CIS, other European locations): 1-4 business days
- Express shipping (US, UAE, Australia, Canada, Middle East): 2-5 business days
Please note that the delivery dates are approximate and we cannot promise a specific date for delivery. Please refer to shipping timeframes at the checkout for more information on your destination. We are unable to warn you in advance as to whether a delivery may be delayed due to customs or busy periods. We are trying our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTIES?
The customer is responsible for payment of any VAT, custom duties taxes and related charges applicable to their order upon delivery. If your order is being shipped outside of the EU, you may need to pay VAT, customs duties taxes and related charges in order to receive your order. There could be a delay in delivering your order if you don’t pay the charges immediately. You can pay taxes and duties on the UPS website by clicking “Pay now” on your order’s tracking page, or directly to the courier on the day of delivery. Taxes and duties can also be paid at the UPS office if you pick up the parcel yourself.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you make an order, to avoid any unexpected charges.
If for any reason you don’t pay the import or duty charges, then we have the right to charge you for any additional costs that might be charged to us because of this. Once you have paid, your order will be delivered to you.
Please note that if you are requesting a refund for an item you paid duty for, we are unable to refund the duty as it is not collected by us.
